Join Dr. Howard Dodson, Director of NY’s Schomburg Center for Research in Black Culture; Scout Tufankjian, photojournalist who documented the Obama campaign;Harvard University Professor and Research Affiliate at the Carr Center for Human Rights Policy at the Kennedy School of Government,Timothy Patrick McCarthy for a discussion on African Americans in American government. Following the discussion, there will be refreshments and performance by the Children’s Inspirational Freedom Choir.
